1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product received is defective

  • You received a wrong product than what was ordered

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.


โŒ Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture

  • Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (natural wood characteristics)

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Requests raised after the allowed return window


2. Custom-Made Furniture Policy

All custom furniture orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are manufactured based on customer-selected specifications such as size, color, finish, and design.


3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement as applicable.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7โ€“10 business days after approval

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if production has not started

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation
